Our service

Business Profile Team is operated by KYCASEWORKS LLC, 2810 N Church St #626078, Wilmington, DE 19802, United States. Questions and complaints can be sent to support@businesslistingpartners.com.

Independent management

Google Business Profile itself is free. Any management fee pays for our independent work. We are not Google and are not affiliated with or endorsed by Google.

Free profile review

The free review considers public business information and provides practical observations. No purchase, payment, Google password or account access is required. Submitting the form asks us to contact you about your request; it does not create a paid subscription or authorize edits to your profile.

Paid work and fees

Paid work starts only after a separate agreement confirms the location, authorized work, update frequency, review-response limits, photo responsibilities, reporting schedule, fees, currency, taxes, term and cancellation process. Extra locations and work outside that scope require separate agreement. This website does not accept payments or start subscriptions.

Ownership and permissions

You retain ownership of your business profile. You grant only the access needed for agreed work and can revoke it. We do not request your Google password. Agency permissions are removed within seven business days of notice, and profile control is not withheld over a billing dispute.

Information and approvals

Provide accurate business details and content you have permission to use. We agree how changes and review replies are approved. We do not buy reviews or offer incentives for customer reviews.

Service limits

Google controls its platform and search results. Rankings, calls, revenue and review removal are not guaranteed. Advertising, website builds, suspension reinstatement and additional locations are excluded unless separately agreed. The review is practical guidance and may not identify every issue.

Privacy and optional messages

Our Privacy Policy explains review-request information. SMS consent is optional and separate from service or purchase. No active SMS program is connected to this site. See the SMS terms.
