Who operates this website

Information you provide

The review form collects your name, business name, city and state or region, email address, and any optional phone number, website or profile link and notes. Do not submit passwords or sensitive customer information. We record your SMS choice, including no consent, with its time, source, notice version and notice text.

How information is used

We use your details to identify your public business profile, prepare the requested review, respond to questions and discuss services you ask about. We store requests in WordPress, notify our team by email and send a receipt to the email you provide. Submitting a request does not subscribe you to advertising or an SMS list.

Service providers and access

Authorized staff can access review requests. We use Kinsta for website hosting, Cloudflare for DNS and Cerberus Mail for email delivery and mailboxes. These providers process information needed to provide those services. Requests and emails may be processed in the United States and other locations used by our providers. We do not sell form submissions or use advertising pixels on this website.

Phone numbers and SMS choices

Providing a phone number does not authorize text messages. The SMS checkbox is separate, optional and unchecked by default. No active SMS program or automatic SMS enrollment is connected to this website. A saved choice alone does not cause a message to be sent. See our SMS terms.

Cookies and technical records

The public website has no analytics, advertising pixels or session recording. WordPress uses necessary cookies for administrator login and preferences. Cloudflare may set security cookies to detect automated traffic. Hosting and email systems may keep technical and security records, such as IP addresses, timestamps and delivery information. Form rate limiting uses a temporary keyed hash of the IP address.

Retention and your requests

Review requests remain in our system until removed by an authorized administrator; there is no automatic deletion schedule currently configured. Email copies and backups can remain subject to their own storage cycles. Contact support@businesslistingpartners.com to request access, correction or deletion, or to ask us to stop following up. We may need to verify the request and retain information required for security, disputes or legal obligations.

Security and changes

We restrict request administration to authorized users and use HTTPS. No storage or transmission method is completely secure. We update this policy when the website or its use of information changes and show the effective date above.

Spam protection

Contact and profile review forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to help distinguish people from automated traffic. Cloudflare processes technical browser and network information for this security check. See Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy. No SMS subscription is created by this check.
